    Structured work between co-founders, partners, or key team members when the relationship has stalled and the business needs it to move.

How a leader handles fear, pride, and conflict shows up in every decision their company makes. We work on the person; the business follows.

Weekly, for at least four months

Patterns built over years don’t change in two sessions. I ask for a four-month minimum commitment so the work has time to land.

Engagements are private and protected. Nothing said in the room leaves the room — including to other members of your team.

What is the goal?

The goals differ from company to company. Our first session would be spent defining company goals. Typically we aim to create an atmosphere that allows the owners to be more independent while boosting team morale and increasing productivity.

What is the format for counseling?

After addressing the entire team in a group format, we will delve into individual sessions. We will also have sessions with leadership.
