Therapy that meets you where you are.
I work with adults, couples, and families across a wide range of concerns. My approach is integrative — drawing from psychodynamic, behavioral, and relational traditions, with EMDR for trauma. Sessions are available in-person at my Westwood and Encino offices, or via teletherapy.
How I work
Individual therapy
One-on-one work for anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and meaning. Most clients see me weekly for an initial stretch of 10–12 sessions.
Couples counseling
Communication, intimacy, conflict, infidelity, and the everyday work of staying connected. Sessions are 75 minutes and we usually meet weekly.
EMDR for trauma & PTSD
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — an evidence-based protocol for processing traumatic memories that talk therapy alone can’t reach.
Family counseling
For families navigating conflict, addiction, illness, or a major life shift. We work together on the patterns underneath the day-to-day friction.
